Common questions
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build it, you look at it, and if it's not for you, you owe nothing and we take it down.
How long does everything take?
Your preview is ready in 1–2 business days. After you pick a plan, your site is live on your domain in 5–10 business days. Adding the AI receptionist takes another 3–5 business days so we can set it up and test it with you.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try it for 30 days, starting the day you go live. If it's not working for you, cancel within those 30 days and the 6-month minimum doesn't apply. We take the site down, and you keep your domain.
Who owns my website and domain?
You own your domain and everything about your business on the site: your name, logo, photos and text. We host and maintain the site while you're on a plan. After the minimum term, you can buy the site files for $300.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The receptionist introduces itself as a virtual assistant and says calls may be recorded. Anyone who asks for a person gets transferred or a message taken.
Does the AI make things up?
It only uses information you approve: services, hours, area and any price ranges you choose to share. When it doesn't know, it takes a message. You see a summary of every call and chat.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Calls only forward to the AI receptionist when you're busy or don't pick up, and you can turn that off anytime.
